As a BUYER’S REPRESENTATIVE, I will listen to your wants and needs, suggest properties, schedule showings, help you negotiate a fair price, schedule inspections, prepare repair request, follow through with the contract terms and schedule the closing with the attorney. During the period between the date the offer to purchase is signed by both the seller and the buyer, I will make sure that all deadlines are met and the mortgage is processed in a timely manner so that the settlement date can be achieved.
